Overview

The Donaldson pleated stainless steel filter elements provide high particle or dirt holding capacity and a high flow rate at low differential pressures. They can be used as pre and final filtration, where the stainless-steel filter matrix can be regenerated by back flushing. This is especially important at higher particles loads.  All components meet US and EU requirements for Food Contact Use in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 21 and Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 and subsequent amendments.

 

LifeTec™ P-GSL N Liquid Filter Elements

The Donaldson LifeTec™ P-GSL N pleated stainless steel filter element is constructed of 100% stainless steel, making it ideal for high-temperature liquid filtration and demanding applications. This metal filter cartridge is fully regenerable and captures a wide range of contaminants such as particles, abrasion debris from valves and sealings, and rust.

As a pleated filter cartridge, the LifeTec™ P-GSL N offers increased surface area for filtration, delivering higher flow rates at lower pressure drops. Its stainless steel filter cartridge design allows for back-flushing or ultrasonic cleaning, significantly extending its service life and reducing total cost of ownership.

LifeTec™ GSL N HF Liquid Filter Elements

The LifeTec™ GSL N HF filter element features a regenerable, pleated stainless-steel filter matrix for high-performance prefiltration and final filtration applications. 

Available in 1, 5, 25, and 50 μm absolute retention ratings and 40" and 60" lengths, it delivers reliable filtration performance, even under high particle loads. The robust all-stainless-steel, plasma-welded construction allows effective backflushing for extended service life and reduced maintenance requirements. 

The GSL N HF filter elements offer integrated handles to support fast and convenient element replacement and compatibility with most competitive housings for straightforward installation.
